Offline Booking:
For offline booking, reserve your seat by transferring a booking amount of ₹6,000 per participant via NEFT or Direct Transfer to the following bank account:

We will confirm your booking within 48 working hours.

Payment Details:

• Reserve your seat with an initial payment of ₹6,000.
• Pay the remaining amount at least 15 days before the event date.

Participants can join the trip from Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Manali.

• Adherence to Timeliness: Timing discipline is mandatory. Being punctual helps us maintain a smooth schedule, allowing everyone to fully enjoy each activity without delays.

• Accommodation Policy for Safety: For the safety and comfort of all participants, particularly for the safety of female travelers, we do not provide shared accommodations for unmarried couples.

• Respect Nature and Wildlife: Follow "Leave No Trace" principles by avoiding littering, respecting local wildlife, and preserving the natural beauty of the places we visit.

• Listen to Your Guide: Our guides are trained professionals. Please follow their instructions carefully for a smooth and safe journey.

• Stay with the Group: For safety reasons, avoid wandering off alone and always inform the guide if you need to step away. Group cohesion is essential for everyone’s safety.

• Maintain a Positive Attitude: A respectful and open-minded approach enhances the experience for everyone. We encourage all participants to support each other.

• Dress Appropriately: Wear suitable clothing for outdoor activities and respect local cultural norms in dress and behavior.

• Limit Phone Use: While we understand the need for photos, please limit mobile phone use to stay present and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

• Personal Accountability: Each participant is responsible for their belongings and actions. Respect others’ comfort and be mindful of group harmony.

• Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
• 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
• 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
• 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
• Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
• In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
